MEMBERSHIPS

We are a company that conform our clients into transitioning partners while providing a customer pipeline within our network. All payments submitted for memberships are final. We only have the ability to cancel memberships for the following billing cycle. Once payment is obtained our system will not allow refunds due to how each payment unlocks exclusive information awarded to members that are current on billing cycles. Therefor once payment is made immediate access is granted. As a result refunds are not possible for membership services due to the exchange of services rendered immediately.

CURRENT POLICY

All BAAND ALLIANCES services are conditioned and assessed by a professional within the department that co-relates to the services or networking platform applicable to the nature of the request. Considering the wide range of services we provide within entities that may or may not be related in service nature - BAAND prices and services can differ and/or limited to state regulations and consumer guideline within a particular state, city or county. Our responsibility is to disclose the necessary information to each consumer and client according to the nature of services. All information is  contracted direct per client, entity or  consumer. Therefore each contract is customized. No two contracts or services are alike, in turn can be priced differently, yet accordingly. 

PAYMENTS

We try to allow multiple payments options. Currently we use PayPal, Square, Stripe, credit/debit card, ACH, Bank Auto draft, Zelle, Cash AP, Venmo, Apple Pay. Some services also can be paid via business check, money order or cashiers check. This form of payment must be received within a 42 hour period of service contract signatures or they will be canceled. We will provide shipping sources for an extra fee.

DISPUTES

All disputes handled via email. Contact us from the "contact us" tab. Please give us up to 72 hour for a response to your dispute. Considering the date of submission of your dispute our team may be out of the office. Please consider weekends and holidays when expecting a response. The 72 hours does not include holidays or weekends.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

All returns are subjected and awarded by type. Informational books are NOT eligible for refunds. Products are refundable on a case by case basics. If a refund is  granted to the customer , the customer will be notified per case as to how soon to expect the funds back into their account. In some cases there may be a difference of refund in nature to avoid processing fees charged to the customer. Understand we would like this process to run as smoothly as possible. 

PARTNER RELATIONS

BAAND ALLIANCES is also a partner network that is conjoined with other businesses for services and sales of products. Some purchases and services are third party and can result in the rules and regulations applicable to that party exclusively, with exception to contractual provisions exclusively adhered to BAAND ALLIANCES platform and clients. Although some leniencies or restrictions apply to a third party company, it may not resonate or is applicable to the service we provide through them. Our policies may differ from the originating business and therefor may or may not operate within the same guidelines. This policy is in place to protect the customer/client and BAAND ALLIANCES & Partners.

The Chatter Box blog is designed for informational and opinionated purposes from a particular perspective. Although essentially intended to be entertaining or grasp the reader's attention , the information is gathered by stated facts judged by opinions written based on those facts . The blog can be subjected to criticism and exposure to a multitude of viewpoints from different mindsets causing a platform of interchangeable concepts.
